Travis Partnership Update

As the Travis Building project has progressed, it became necessary for new liquidity to be introduced.

The General Partner team collectively decided that the best path forward was to have the largest investor in the project, DJE Texas Management Group, take over the General Partnership and inject the necessary liquidity and project management to get the project stabilized and producing revenue.

Next Steps: Inject liquidity, lease up multifamily units, lease up retail and commercial units.

Communications: you will receive monthly project updates on or before the 15th each month moving forward.
