Land Investment Division

Our Land Investment Division takes an opportunistic investment approach in creating short-term, high-yield income projects on ranch land in Texas. We buy large tracts of land close to major cities at a low price per acre, then market smaller tracts to a larger buyer pool at a higher price per acre.

Offering smaller tracts at a higher per acre price creates instant forced appreciation and does not require the underwriting, risk, and work that an apartment renovation does. 

    Industrial Investment Division

    Similarly to our Land Investment Division, Our Industrial Investment team buys industrial land and develops simple industrial storage and business flex space for professionals who maintain the physical world (For example, Plumbers, HVAC professionals, etc.).

    The asset’s supply and demand dynamics, paired with the team we’ve built for these projects, significantly de-risk the project and create an attractive investment.

        Multifamily

         

        DJE Texas Management Group is a Commercial Real Estate Investment and Property Management Company in San Antonio, Texas.  Since 2012, we’ve worked with accredited and non-accredited investors to acquire over 5,000 units of multifamily in Central Texas.

        After acquiring the property, DJE Properties, our in-house property management team, takes over operations and begins executing the relevant business plan for the investment.  This vertically integrated approach creates more communication, collaboration, and control, which creates the best possible outcome.
