Multifamily Value Add – Solar Screens

So when we’re talking about renovations on B and C multi-family, solar screens are some of my absolute favorite things to do, to have an immediate impact on the property. You’re not going to likely go through on a 70s vintage property and replace all the windows. That’s just cost prohibitive. But by adding some solar screens, you create some privacy, you create some efficiency, and it really gives the property a nice fresh look for a relatively low cost. One of my favorite, most impactful, bang for the buck things to do on a B or C multi-family renovation, for sure.
