This house was located in a great Northside neighborhood with a spectacular view off the second story. All the major components were in great shape (HVAC, roof, foundation, electrical) as is often the case with houses less than 20 years old.
We took our crews in, did a huge amount of landscaping (bamboo everywhere), painted, added granite countertops, and did lots of other touch ups to make this an updated, attractive home. The neighbors were asking if we could do the same renovation to their house… always a good sign! Several neighbors were also very thankful to us for cleaning up the overgrown front yard.
This house sold quickly after being listed, and will no doubt provide a great home for a family for a long time to come.
