I bought this project from another investor who had run out of gunpowder, so to speak. There were some items to finish, including redoing some tile work, installing floors, and painting the exterior.
The finished product is a beautiful home in Southtown, an increasingly desirable area of San Antonio, Texas.
Overall a relatively simple project. A private lender funded this one and made a nice return, time to rinse & repeat!
