Travis Building August 2024 Updates:

The Travis Building in downtown San Antonio is buzzing with new updates! At the corner of Travis and St. Mary’s, Dunkin’ Donuts is gearing up for its grand opening in just a few weeks. This addition brings a well-loved national tenant to the area.

On the culinary front, a new TexMex restaurant is set to replace the historic Blanco Cafe, which operated for over two decades. This fresh dining spot will feature a beautifully updated interior while retaining the charming original floors. A highlight is its Riverwalk patio, offering six to eight tables for a unique dining experience along the river, complete with misters to keep guests cool.

For golf enthusiasts, the Travis Golf Club has opened its doors, boasting high-end golf simulators identical to those used by Tiger Woods. This exclusive, members-only club provides a luxurious setting for downtown professionals to practice their swing and relax, complete with a putting green, liquor lockers, and a kitchen.

In addition to these exciting tenant updates, the Travis Building lobby has been enhanced with a vintage 1920s Jenny airplane, adding a historical and artistic touch that reflects the building’s rich heritage.
