I bought this home from a gentleman that owns a number of properties around San Antonio. He had owner financed it to a buyer that tried to ‘rehab’ the house and ended up wrecking it. We settled on a fair price, I bought the house, and we fixed everything: HVAC, roof, interior remodel. After that, we sold it to a retail buyer.
