On November 29, 2017, we closed on 192 unit apartment complex in San Antonio formerly known as The Gables. A big hats off to everyone involved in getting this deal done, Real Estate investing is truly a team sport.
Our business plan is to renovate and re-brand the property so that we can improve operations and the overall Income of the property. Rather than wait to change the name, we were hard at work getting ready for takeover and will operate as The Joseph from the get go. Our management team is now in place on site.
The Image on the page is the new logo for the property, which will be reflected on our signage and marketing materials. Joseph Huebner, for which the street we are located on is named, was a local jeweler and rancher in San Antonio – we thought it appropriate to honor him and allow us to freshen up the property.
